Short Description
Nathan started investing in the US real estate market in 2008. He started by creating notes and eventually evolved to buying non performing notes to acquire property at well below market value. He has been involved in all facets of the note business and is now teaching others how to profit from this great opportunity. One of Nathan's favorite things about the note business is helping struggling homeowners - either by modifying their loan, or making it disappear! After having been involved in the business for several years, Nathan now works with investors to buy notes and manage them on their behalf. He also teaches other Canadians all they need to know to get into the business themselves while he continues to manage his own portfolio.
