Short Description
Equity First Funding, LLC is a Maryland Limited Liability Company, formed in 2016 with the purpose of buying, holding and selling Real Estate Notes secured by Mortgages, Trust Deeds or Contract for Deeds. We also purchase REOs, reselling them with owner financing to deserving buyers in an effort to provide home ownership and a positive economic and social impact to underserved communities. This model not only benefits the community, but also creates an additional source of Note inventory for EFF that are held for cash flow or sold to other investors who are interested in higher yielding alternative investments that are backed by real estate.
