Short Description
We are a seller/finance underwriter. We not only help you create your seller financed note, we also help find future project funding for note creators, and we help sell your notes after we create them. Our underwriting services ensure your notes are Dodd-Frank compliant, and that your borrowers have a very low default rate. We help write notes to give you the most re-sale value possible. We also produce the closing documents and coordinate the closing and settlement statement with your closing agent.
