Additional Comments:
We are always looking to acquire assets that are valued over 75k but no more than 400k per asset. We can close on small pools of 50 or less notes in one traunch and usually have at least 1MM + in available funds. Everly Mae can lend money on a short term when secured by 1st lien position.
