Notable Mortgage Buyers, Inc. is a Florida Corporation with offices in both Florida and Tennessee. It was founded in 1999, however, its principals Becky and Ricki have been involved in the purchase and sale of seller carry back mortgages, deeds of trusts and land contracts since 1982. They have broad experience and knowledge in working with note holders to help them recognize the value and get the most from the note they are collecting payments on. Our goal is to educate and offer our clients first rate professional service along with meeting their needs and receiving top dollar for their asset. They have purchased thousands of deals over the years, including some very unusual transactions, always finding a way to make them work.
