Founded in 2006, Arixa Capital provides financing to real estate developers who revitalize properties and offers investors consistent income while limiting risk. We provide small-balance loan solutions to residential and commercial developers serving the lower and middle markets throughout the Western U.S.. Much of the capital we lend comes from retail and institutional investors seeking attractive risk-adjusted returns. When our borrowers succeed, so do our investors. For more than a decade, we’ve supported our borrowers with our deep professional experience, our sharp focus on high-quality loans, and our white-glove service, resulting in long-term relationships with borrowers. We also have a personal stake in our borrowers’ success: we are employee owned, and many of our executives and employees are investors in our funds.
