1. Our primary business is in the acquisition and consulting related to trust deeds and mortgages. For our own portfolio we acquire non-performing 2nd trust deeds generally in California, Nevada and Hawaii. We try to put them in a re-performing position and then decide if we will keep them or sell them to one of our buyers or place them on one of the many exchange sites that exists at this time. We have just started making an effort to secure non-performing 2nd's where the collateral is small (4 to 50 units) multi-family properties. 2. We also have a number of buyers who deal with us for the specific purpose of locating non-performing 1st and 2nds in various parts of the country. The bulk of this group has a buying limit of under $1,000,000. 3. We also consult/partner with a number of family offices that are looking for blended loan pools (both performing and non-performing) in the range of $5-20M and with this area we are usually dealing with banks and financial institutions. As an example, one of our groups has been forced into this area. They currently own approximately 15,000,000 sq ft of office space in multiple states and their wish list is to acquire low occupancy office buildings as they have the infrastructure and capital to add value. They have not been as successful recently as they would like, and we have now been tasked to locate trust deeds or mortgages where the underlying asset is the kind of properties they like. 4.
